About
We built Órion to turn care into method — and method into something that works in the real world.
Órion was born while we were building products, calculating costs, testing materials and trying to organize our own operation. It was living with scattered decisions, poorly priced time and plans that never became routine that taught us one thing: a good solution doesn’t end when the part is ready or the document is delivered. It needs to be understood, used, maintained — and keep working without depending on a single person.
We build, run, test and document our own systems first.
That is why we connect strategy, physical manufacturing and operational learning. Print faces material, finish and repetition. SimLabs turns collecting and simulation needs into products. OBOS organizes execution. What one front learns becomes method for the others.
Why this matters to us
We know every choice carries things that never show up in the proposal: the money that took time to come in, the hours you have already invested, the team that will have to live with the solution and your company’s reputation in front of its customers. That is why we prefer to start smaller, say “not yet” when needed and show the real stage of what we are offering.
“I didn’t want to build a company that delivers a part, a file or an automation and disappears. I wanted to build the kind of partner that understands the weight of the decision, leaves the work organized and stays responsible for what it promised.”

What Orion is — and what it is not
Orion is
- Attentive without being slow
- Technical without being cryptic
- Premium when the value and the execution sustain it
- Direct without being cold
- Rigorous about truth, sources, quality and continuity
- Modular and adaptable
- Able to acknowledge limits, mistakes and gaps
Orion is not
- A document factory with no operation behind it
- An agency that starts with visuals before understanding the problem
- An AI company selling one model as a universal solution
- A luxury brand built on appearance alone
- A company that promises scale without capacity
- A vendor that locks in your data or disappears after delivery
Non-negotiables
Problem before solution
We start from your reality, not from the tool we want to sell.
Systems before scale
We connect responsibility, execution and records before talking about scale.
Every detail communicates
We treat shape, copy, deadlines, status, support and corrections as part of the product.
Operational truth
When we don’t know, we say so. When we get it wrong, we record it and fix it.
A complete product
We deliver context, versioning, instructions and continuity — not just the produced thing.
Real learning
We turn tests, including the ones that fail, into learning that doesn’t get lost.
How we want you to feel working with us
You should know what is happening, why a decision was made, how much it costs, what stays out and who answers for the next step. Our job is to reduce the weight of the decision, not to transfer confusion to you.
- Honest qualification: Saying “not yet” or “we are not the best option” can be the right experience.
- A proposal with no room for interpretation: Outcome, scope, exclusions, price and responsibilities are clear. You should not have to decipher a contract to know what you bought.
- Visible status during delivery: Material changes are communicated before execution; quality is not presumed.
- Your data is yours: The history follows the case; offboarding preserves export and respect.
Your money
- We don’t sell what we can’t deliver: Every commercial commitment first passes a capacity gate: a check that the operation can handle what is being promised.
- We start with the smallest scope that fixes something visible: Nobody buys the whole system on day one. The starting point is a pilot with a defined scope, before any expansion.
- Clear price before you accept: Outcome, scope, exclusions and price with no fine print. You don’t find out later what you bought.
- Expansion by value, not by pressure: Growing the engagement depends on what was delivered and measured, not on sales insistence.
Growth is not about promising more. It is about building the capacity to deliver better.
When we get it wrong
We acknowledge the fact without speculating and contain the impact. The case gets a protocol and an owner. We correct it or offer a proportional alternative, communicate the conclusion and turn the cause into a process change. A recorded mistake becomes learning, not a secret.
