We believe trust doesn’t come from hiding what’s missing. On this page, each project shows the problem, what we did, the evidence available and the limit of that evidence.

Five pieces of the collection in sight, without opening the blister.

The starting point was simple and concrete: keeping 1:64 packages upright, aligned and visible, without opening the card. We designed the display, printed it in PLA at Órion Print and photographed the real product. The Apex exists and can be judged as an object. We do not yet have public proof of demand, price, lead time, freight or commercial capacity.

Operational evidence in progress

We started by organizing our own house.

Órion also lives with scattered decisions, implicit processes and concentrated knowledge. Instead of hiding that, we use our own operation as OBOS’s Patient Zero. Versioned records, owners and documented decisions already exist. The measured results are still being produced; that is why this journey is not presented as a success case.
