Orion Business Operating System

Decisions with owners.
Processes with records. An operation that doesn't depend only on you.

One decision in WhatsApp, another in a spreadsheet, and only you know which version counts. It is not a lack of effort: it is a company growing without its processes growing along. OBOS gives every subject an owner, a record and an official source.

Consulting-assisted implementation: diagnosis, pilot and expansion in waves.

Trust before growth. Systems before scale.

Maybe you recognize one of these days.

Before

  • You answer what only you know
  • The team asks which spreadsheet counts
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • A stock change never reaches marketing
  • Ads keep selling what the operation can’t deliver
  • Important decisions vanish into the chat history

After

  • Each subject gains an owner and an official source
  • Decisions are recorded with a name, a date and a reason
  • The next step stops depending on memory
  • Process, stock, sales and communication share the same reality
  • Automations run within defined human limits

None of this happens on its own: it is what the implementation builds, one scope at a time.

We are not going to ask you to throw away everything you have built.

First we read what exists, keep what works and find the most visible leak. The starting point can be small: unanswered leads, quotes without follow-up, stock disconnected from promotion or knowledge locked in one person. We only expand after proving value in that scope.

Tested at home first. Operational evidence in progress

Órion is OBOS’s Patient Zero: the restructuring of its own operation runs on the system itself and is documented in a living record. Nothing here is presented as a success case. It only becomes a public case with measured evidence.

“I built my company with the service I am offering you. Before guiding another operation, we used OBOS to organize our own — and we also record what doesn’t work yet.”

Leonardo de Oliveira Assis, founder of Órion

This is not presented as a success case. It is the origin of the method and operational evidence in progress. We will only publish results when there is a measure, a period and a source.

The gap is connection, not effort.

When each part of the company works with its own version of the truth, rework grows along with the business.

What changes

  • One official source for each piece of information: the current price, the valid contract and the process in force live in one place. Change it there and it changes for everyone. No more guessing which spreadsheet counts.
  • Visible owners and approvals: every decision carries a name and a date. Who approved it, when, and based on what.
  • Processes that leave records and learnings: what worked and what failed is written down where the next person can find it. Nobody relearns from scratch.

When it makes the most sense

  • When growth has outpaced processes
  • When everything depends on the founder
  • When the company wants to adopt AI or prepare for expansion

The result is not more documents. It is less improvisation.

So you don’t receive documents that don’t talk to each other.

From purpose to delivery, without losing the thread.

OBOS connects four Books and activates only the modules the company needs.

The Constitution sets limits.

The Master Plan picks priorities.

The Operating System turns choices into work.

The Brand ensures the promise reaches the customer.

Reuse before creating

The system stays in the company when the consultants leave.

Assisted implementation leaves documents, decisions and living records in the company: material that stays current as the operation changes, not a report that ages in a drawer. All of it exportable.

An implementation is only mature when another person — or an AI agent — can open the company’s living record and continue the work without depending on the consultant.

You start at the point where the operation loses the most.

15 modules, 9 ready-made combinations. You don’t buy the whole system.

Implementation starts with the smallest module that closes the most visible leak: unanswered leads, quotes without follow-up, inventory disconnected from promotion.

  • Growth and Customer

CRM · Marketing · Sales · Customer Care

“No opportunity disappears”; only scale what you can prove and deliver.

  • Delivery and Operations

    Service · Operations · Product · Inventory · Projects

What was sold goes out as promised: deadlines, quality and inventory talking to each other, without depending on someone’s memory.

  • Control and Governance

    Finance · People · Governance

Money, people and rules with a clear owner: who can approve what, and up to how much.

  • Intelligence and Automation

    Knowledge · Analytics · Automation

What the company knows becomes quick to look up, and repetitive work becomes an automated routine under human supervision.

Nine ready-made combinations cover common starting points, such as “Zero Lead Perdido” (CRM + Customer Care + Analytics), “Professional Services” and “Retail Control”.

Today, every module is offered as diagnosis plus assisted implementation in controlled pilots: a test with a defined scope and acceptance criteria agreed before any expansion. There is no published standard price. The proposal comes after the diagnosis.

Who it makes sense for, and who it doesn’t yet.

It makes sense when

  • The company grew faster than its processes
  • Everything still depends on the founder
  • A family business becoming professional
  • Agencies, consultancies and service operations
  • The company wants to adopt AI with control
  • Preparing for investment or audit

It doesn’t make sense yet

  • For someone working alone who needs a to-do list
  • For leadership unwilling to define authority and responsibility
  • For those expecting instant automation without reviewing the process

Capacity before commitment: we do not sell the promise of a hundred clients on an operation able to serve ten.

Automation only helps when someone still knows who answers for the decision.

Guided installation. Verifiable execution.

OBOS reads what already exists, keeps what works and builds only what is missing.

People

Define purpose, authority, priorities and risk.

AI agent

Reads, organizes, integrates and records within limits.

OBOS

Connects, validates, versions and maintains the system.

People decide. AI executes within limits.

The AI does not receive unlimited authority. It receives sources, limits, responsibilities and checkpoints.

Organizing the company must not create a new dependence on the consultancy.

Your data, your rules.

Data stays with the client

The framework belongs to Orion; your company’s data, decisions and records are yours and stay with you.

Guaranteed export

Export and offboarding are part of the design: if you decide to leave, you leave with everything, in an organized way. Late payment restricts usage, never the export of your data.

AI with a badge, not with the keys

Each agent has its own identity, a human owner, authorized sources and limits. It does not invent facts nor approve critical decisions.

You don’t need to know which module to ask for.

Tell us where the operation keeps coming back to you, which information lives out of sync and what you have already tried. We start with the diagnosis and, if it is not OBOS’s moment yet, we will say so clearly.

Start with a controlled pilot.

  1. Diagnosis

  2. Readiness gate

  3. Implementation in waves

  4. Pilot on a representative process

  5. First release

In practice: the diagnosis shows where the operation loses the most; the readiness gate confirms the company is able to start; implementation in waves activates one piece at a time; the pilot tests the system on a real day-to-day process; and the first release is the published, approved version of that system at work.

Journey reference: 90 days in five phases, with no deadline promise.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

  • Is it ready-made software?

No. OBOS is an installable framework: a set of methods, templates and records that starts working inside your company, with implementation assisted by people and AI. The software platform is under development; today it exists as architecture, not yet as a subscription-ready online service (SaaS).

  • How much does it cost?

There is no published standard price. The proposal is prepared after the initial diagnosis, according to the modules and the pilot scope.

  • How long does it take?

Implementation moves in waves and starts with whatever closes the most visible leak. The journey reference is 90 days in five phases, with no deadline promise.

  • Does OBOS replace my ERP, CRM or accountant?

No. OBOS organizes decisions, processes and records on top of what already exists; it does not replace transactional systems or licensed professionals.

  • What if I decide to leave?

The data is yours. Export and offboarding are part of the system design, and late payment never blocks the export.
