Concept Orion Print projects
Coloring books and pet concepts
A grouping of ideas in creative stationery and pet products, recorded at the stage it is really in: early concept. There is no product, defined audience or interest validation yet.

OBOS in practice
How we are developing with criteria
The record kept a pretty image and a name from inflating this front’s maturity: a concept is a concept. Before talking about a product, we need to decide whether stationery and pet are one line, two or none — and each path has its own criteria for authorship, rights and safety.
What we still need to prove
- Separate (or close) the concepts, with a recorded decision.
- Define the first product, the audience and the hypothesis to measure.
- Verify authorship and rights before any prototype.
- Validate interest and capacity before any commercial promise.
This is how we work inside Órion itself: decisions with an owner and a date, named validations, and sales only after the criteria. OBOS is the system that organizes it from the inside.
