OBOS in practice

How we are developing with criteria

The record kept a pretty image and a name from inflating this front’s maturity: a concept is a concept. Before talking about a product, we need to decide whether stationery and pet are one line, two or none — and each path has its own criteria for authorship, rights and safety.

What we still need to prove

  • Separate (or close) the concepts, with a recorded decision.
  • Define the first product, the audience and the hypothesis to measure.
  • Verify authorship and rights before any prototype.
  • Validate interest and capacity before any commercial promise.

This is how we work inside Órion itself: decisions with an owner and a date, named validations, and sales only after the criteria. OBOS is the system that organizes it from the inside.
